The 3-day Orientation is an immersive experience into multiplicative disciple-making with a focus on community transformation. This Orientation is more than a training—because so many of the disciple-making principles are “caught” not “taught”. You’ll have the chance to interact with leaders who are actively involved in making disciples and leading home churches in our network in Tampa Bay.

The Orientation includes a dinner and meet-n-greet on Thursday evening, a Friday tour of our ministry in the University Mall community, the Saturday 1-day Disciple-Making Basics Training, and concludes with participating in a home church on Sunday morning. We try to accommodate visitors in local host homes to encourage networking and building relationships (space may be limited). Note: You may register for the Saturday training by itself, but it is recommended to join in the full 3-day Orientation.

This is a 1-day, concentrated training on the basics of multiplicative disciple-making. You won’t walk away with everything there is to know about making disciples, but you will get the basics that everything else is built upon.

The Basics Training is a part of our 3-day Orientation, so you will be part of a larger group who is getting the immersive experience around community transformation. It’s ideal for people local to the Tampa Bay area, or for those who only have weekend availability. The training includes breakfast and lunch, and please dress casually and comfortably.
